Dessert apple from France. Medium to large, flat-round, pale green fruit with light red dots on sunny side. Fruit is tender, sweet, spicy, yellowish white flesh with banana like aroma. Good for cooking, sauces, and dessert. More vitamin C than an orange. Excellent keeper. Resistant to scab.
