Large, creamy white flesh apple that is moderately coarse grained, crisp, and breaking. Juicy, sweet with hints of pineapple and sweet lemon and a bit of spiciness. Good fresh eating apple. Also makes great pies. Immune to scab. Resistant to cedar apple rust, moderately mildew and fire blight resistance.
