Round medium-sized golden bronze with light brown russet. Crisp, high flavored, yellow flesh. The champagne of cider apples, ripening late in fall when the best sweet cider is ready to be made. Also used fresh eating,cooking, and dried apples. Will keep from December until April when stored properly. Tree is also scab resistant.
